About the Role

Reporting to the HR and Operations team, you will coordinate all aspects of workforce logistics including travel, accommodation, rosters, compliance, and mobilisation readiness across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate FIFO/DIDO travel and accommodation bookings

Manage and maintain workforce rosters and crew changes

Ensure all personnel meet site compliance and credentialing requirements

Coordinate pre-employment and ongoing medicals (incl. D&A testing)

Manage uniform and PPE allocation, stock and tracking

Oversee end-to-end employee mobilisation and onboarding logistics

Liaise with site teams, HR, and external providers

Maintain accurate systems, records, and reporting

About You

Previous experience in mining, construction, or workforce logistics

Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities

Experience with rosters, travel bookings, compliance or mobilisation processes

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
