Job Description:

Prepare contractual correspondence with Project Manager, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance with contractual timetable

Prepare and submit payment applications on due date, follow-up applications to ensure promote certificate and payment, and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner and are agreed to maximum value

Prepare works orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub=-contractors final accounts

Prepare monthly sales figures for Project Manager agreement and report monthly sub-contractor liabilities

Ensure that the works are measured correctly and to maximum extent allowed

Ensure insurance claims are notified promptly and claim particular are submitted on time

Job Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, Main Contractor project experience preferred

Must have LTA project experience

Must be able to commit to working on Alternate Saturdays (half day)

Self-motivated and detailed minded

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
