Job description:
An exciting opportunity has opened up to deliver a suite of agriculture policy and program priorities focusing on workforce attraction and industry leadership development for priority cohorts, including young farmers and rural women.
The successful candidate will have highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, understanding of the needs of diverse cohorts, a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, a high level of initiative and confidence when dealing with others and a high level of motivation to deliver project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary degree would be well regarded.
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 3 years. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
