Property Stylist & Operations Coordinator

Casual | Approximately 20–25 hours per week

VFV Interiors is a boutique home staging and interior design studio based in Perth.

We're looking for someone with an interest in interiors who is excited to become involved in every aspect of a growing small business. This role goes well beyond home staging and is designed to gradually transition into the day-to-day operational management of the business. Over the next six months, you'll work alongside the owner, learning every aspect of the role while progressively taking on more responsibility across both home staging.

Initially, you'll be involved in furniture and décor selection, site visits and installations while learning our systems and processes. As your confidence grows, you'll gradually take over quoting, client communication, scheduling, transport coordination, marketing, business administration and the day-to-day operational management of the business.

About the role

This is a casual position of approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the intention of becoming a long-term role within the business. As your responsibilities grow, so will your hours.

The role includes:

Scheduling

Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents

Assisting with email marketing

Assisting with blog content

General business administration

Improving systems and processes

Gradually taking on more of the day-to-day operational management of the business

As part of the role, you'll regularly travel between our Carlisle warehouse and client properties across the Perth metropolitan area, with occasional travel to surrounding suburbs.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Has an interest in interiors and styling

Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks

Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Communicates well, both verbally and in writing

Is reliable, practical and enjoys working in a small team

Holds a current Australian driver's licence and has their own reliable vehicle

Has full, unrestricted Australian working rights

Desirable (but not essential)

SketchUp experience

Adobe Lightroom experience

An interest in interior photography

Experience with email marketing or social media

Experience writing blog or website content

What we offer

Casual position, approximately 20–25 hours per week

Starting rate of $38.50 per hour

Performance and pay review after the initial training period, with further growth as responsibilities increase

A varied role where no two weeks are the same

A small, supportive team where you'll become an important part of the day-to-day running of the business

If this sounds like a role you'd enjoy, we'd love to hear from you.

Please send us your CV together with a few sentences about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit for VFV Interiors.
