We’re currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Smithfield.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and is detail-focused, and capable of learning multiple job specifications over time.
What's on Offer
- $38/hr + overtime opportunities
- Consistent Monday to Friday hours (7:30am–4:00pm)

Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery and supporting day-to-day production
- Conducting quality checks
- Learning and following different job specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Assisting with material handling and forklift duties (if licensed)
What we’re looking for:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Stable work history
