Full Time Kennel Supervisor Position

Pet Resorts Australia Dural is seeking an exceptional Kennel Supervisor for the upcoming role and help their Resort Manager lead the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role. This role combines leadership, customer service, and hands-on animal care in a rewarding, dynamic setting.

About the Role

Reporting to the Resort Manager, you’ll lead and mentor staff, support clients, and ensure every pet receives the highest standard of care. You’ll be expected to help oversee staffing and rostering, client service, animal welfare, safety, and property upkeep to keep our facility running smoothly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years’ staff supervision or team leadership experience in a busy workplace – direct people management is essential

Hands-on animal industry experience as an Animal Attendant, kennel hand, daycare attendant, vet nurse, or similar – this is essential

Excellent customer service & communication (face-to-face and written)

Calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure

Weekend/holiday availability (incl. Christmas/New Year)

Full Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence with vehicle access

Desirable

Companion Animal qualification or relevant management training

Dog behaviour/handling or training knowledge

Familiarity with booking/rostering systems
