We're partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing fashion and lifestyle business seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead campaign execution, drive brand growth, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and execute both always-on and campaign marketing strategies across digital and brand channels.
• This role is roughly 70% Digital Marketing and 30% Traditional Marketing.
• Lead the rollout of product launches, brand campaigns, activations, events and key business moments.
• Drive alignment across social media, EDMs, paid marketing and content channels to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
• Oversee organic social direction, providing clear guidance and objectives to the wider marketing team.
• Coordinate photoshoots and campaign production, ensuring assets are delivered on time and support business goals.
• Support influencer and gifting initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide recommendations to optimise future activity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, operations and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.

About You

• Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within retail, fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Analytical, organised and highly detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a growing business where agility, initiative and accountability are highly valued.
• Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, CRM systems and marketing automation tools will be highly regarded.
