Materials Coordinator

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and material supply to maintain production requirements
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and assist with stock reconciliation processes
• Support inbound logistics and warehouse coordination activities
• Prepare and maintain reporting across inventory, scheduling, and supply chain performance metrics
• Liaise with raw material suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency
• Work collaboratively with production planning, manufacturing, and distribution teams
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy

⭐ About You

• 1–3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, or Operations
• Experience within a 3PL, FMCG, manufacturing, or warehousing environment highly regarded
• ERP system experience preferred, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Sound understanding of procurement processes, inventory control, and stock reconciliation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
