The structure is topped out, so you will lead the site through the remaining services, finishes, and handover, working alongside an experienced Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and consultant team.

The builder has earned a strong position in Melbourne's premium apartment and commercial market. A large portion of its work comes through repeat clients, referrals and negotiated opportunities, creating a secure pipeline without the layers of bureaucracy found in larger contractors.

This is a business that gives proven Site Managers room to lead. Expectations are clear, systems are in place, and decisions can be made quickly when the project requires them.

You must have been the lead Site Manager on comparable multi-residential projects for a head contractor. Experience managing architecturally detailed builds and premium finishes is essential.

The salary guide is $180,000 to $200,000, including super, depending on experience.
