Our client is a global market technology company specializing in consumer insights, market research, and advertising effectiveness. They partner with leading international brands to deliver data-driven insights that support creative development, brand strategy, and marketing optimization. They are looking for a Research Manager

【Responsibilities】
- Lead end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects for global clients.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop research strategies.
- Design and execute research methodologies including survey design, experimental research, advertising effectiveness studies, and consumer sentiment analysis.
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques, SQL, AI tools, and advanced analytics.
- Translate research findings into compelling business stories with actionable recommendations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted research partner.
- Support business development through proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Mentor junior researchers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
- Continuously explore AI technologies and innovative research methodologies to improve research efficiency and insight generation.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Communications, Marketing Research, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, Advertising Research, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience managing quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Experience designing research methodologies and unbiased surveys to generate actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to support research and analysis.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

(Advantageous)
- Highly advanced data skills and experience interrogating databases and systems using SQL, and/or other tools or data integrations to obtain answers.
- Experience with R, Python, or advanced statistical techniques (e.g. Cluster Analysis, Regression Analysis).
- Experience in advertising effectiveness, creative testing, consumer insights, brand/media research, or behavioural science.
- Experience using social listening platforms, AI-powered research tools, or prompt engineering.
- Professional certifications such as MRS or AI-related certifications.
