About the role:

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. Our customers are met with passionate team members ready to provide exceptional service and the best experience, based in our Bunnings Cafe.

This is a part-time role and flexibility to work early and late shifts Monday to Friday with also the availability to work on the weekends is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.

• Provide warm and friendly service to every customer
• Be responsible for stock management, whilst ensuring a clean and tidy cafe environment
• Crafting quality coffee and food with care and consistency
• Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way
• Follow all Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming cafe environment
• Supporting across the wider service area as needed, not just the café.

You'll need:

• A genuine passion for customer experience, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in hospitality, café or as a Barista is a plus, but not essential - we'll provide the training!
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
• Flexibility and willingness to work across the wider service area, not just within the café
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
