Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support

a. Organize and conduct internal training, including preparation of training materials and course design. Execution includes training coordination, delivery, and assessment.

b. Provide project implementation support:

Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities, including customer communication, identifying requirements and pain points, and solution design

Support project delivery during sales and post-sales phases, including implementation, acceptance, and customer training

Conduct project reviews and generate case studies

2. Market Insights

a. Prepare business analysis reports:

Collect information on competitive landscape and market environment changes

Analyze gaps in the company’s business performance

Identify market opportunities and define go-to-market strategies and key product focus areas

Provide strategic insights to support the sales team

b. Conduct market research and analysis:

Develop customer profiles and analyze product purchasing preferences

Build market maps and product maps

Identify potential partners to enhance overall solution competitiveness

Support the sales team by summarizing insights and identifying business opportunities

3. Marketing Support

a. Assist in planning marketing activities such as workshops, roadshows, and webinars

b. Be responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation related to marketing activities

c. Provide technical support during marketing events and collect customer and market feedback

d. Conduct post-event reviews and provide technical insights into market trends and customer needs, identifying potential business opportunities

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

a. Drive coordination and collaboration with sales, technical support, and product marketing teams

b. Support product operations, including requirement collection, refinement, and compliance

c. Contribute to process, tools, and service development:
