The Role
With the Queensland civil market getting busier, we are looking for a Site Engineer and Project Engineer on civil infrastructure and renewable projects in Far North Queensland. Engineers with experience on road construction and bulk earthworks projects will be highly sought after, and successful candidates will be rewarded with a top base salary up to $155k plus a take-home vehicle. For those open to FIFO or DIDO, there will be a 20% site uplift on a variety of rosters within the state.

We're working with a tier two civil contractor who have are delivering major infrastructure projects in Townsville and Far North Queensland. They employ the region's best Civil Engineers to successfully deliver works worth up to $100 million. Our client has a solid workplace culture and a proven low staff turnover. They also offer their Engineers real progression with six-month evaluation reviews to encourage high performance which rewards success.
