For more than 25 years, our family-owned business has been custom-designing, manufacturing and installing an extensive range of shutters, blinds, curtains for residential and commercial properties.

We pride ourselves on delivering superior customer care and workmanship and we manufacture our products on-site to ensure the highest level of quality control is achieved. From our workroom, we custom-make curtains, roller blinds and fabric blinds, at extremely competitive prices.

Role:

We are looking for a reliable team member to join our curtain workroom in Brisbane. Starting on a part time basis for 3/4 months with the scope of becoming permanent part time / full time at Custom Window Furnishings. Starting with three days a week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - 9am till 4.30pm.

Must have recent experience with industrial sewing machine, blind hemmer, and overlocker.

Must be able to attend to showroom and receive freight when required.

A good eye for detail.

Quality workmanship.

Ability to meet deadlines and follow direction.

Self-motivation and a willingness to learn.

Ability to undertake on the job training.
