We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This role will provide support either in our Medical Reception or Occupational Health / Industrial Health departments, offering a varied and rewarding administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients, employees, and visitors warmly, providing a professional first impression.

Answer phone calls, manage appointments, and coordinate records.

Assist with patient registration, billing, and insurance documentation (Medical Reception).

Schedule and manage appointments for health assessments, vaccinations, and screenings (Occupational Health).

Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with healthcare regulations.

Support clinical or occupational health staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Assist with reporting and coordination of occupational health programs (OH role).

Requirements

Previous experience in a medical, healthcare, or administrative role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail abilities.

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Best Practice software experience preferred but not essential.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Knowledge of occupational health practices is a plus (for OH role).
