As a Nurse Manager (Home Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Leads the delivery of high-quality home nursing services by overseeing clinical governance, nursing operations, staff development, and service excellence.

Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives quality improvement initiatives, and partners with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical, operational, and business objectives.

Oversee daily Home Nursing operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care.

Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical standards in line with MOH and Singapore Nursing Board requirements.

Drive clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management, and patient safety initiatives.

Plan, allocate, and optimise nursing manpower and resources to support operational efficiency.

Lead, mentor, and develop Nurse Managers, Nurse Clinicians, Nurse Educators, and nursing staff.

Recruit, onboard, train, and retain nursing personnel while overseeing competency assessments and performance appraisals.

Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, management, and external stakeholders to enhance integrated home care services.

Develop strategic plans and implement initiatives to improve service quality, clinical outcomes, and business KPIs.

Establish training and professional development programmes to strengthen clinical competency and leadership capabilities.

Ensure Home Personal Care and Home Nursing services comply with regulatory, accreditation, and organisational standards.

Monitor service performance through audits, quality indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Promote evidence-based nursing practice and regularly review clinical guidelines and SOPs.

Participate in clinical service development, education, and quality improvement projects.

Maintain professional knowledge through continuous education and professional development.

Provide leadership in fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.

Undertake additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

Have a minimum of 5 years of Nursing Management qualification or other health services management experience, with at least 3 years of people management experience.

At least 5 years of experiences in community care setting.
