About the role
Join the production team at Australian Fruit Juice (S) Pte Ltd as a full-time Machine Operator / Line Leader based in the Chin Bee West Region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the company's fruit juice production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output that meets all regulatory standards.
What you'll be doing
Perform the printer, machine start-up
Wash and Sanitize the machine, record the CIP checklist
Coordinate with the mixologists
Operate the machine
Prepare the samples for retention and QC check
Record the Pre-operational checklists and Output
Report to Assistant Production Manager / Production Manager if there is machine / quality issue.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a machine operator / Line Leader or in a similar production role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
Good problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality control procedures
