Are you a structures‑savvy estimator who actually enjoys getting into the details of drawings, take‑offs and tenders – and wants a real say in which jobs your business chases?

We’re partnering with a new post‑tension design & construct business founded by former leaders from a major PT contractor. They’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Estimator to be the commercial backbone of the business.

💼 The opportunity

You’ll work directly with the founders and be trusted to:

📝 Own detailed take‑offs from structural / PT drawings

💰 Build and refine rates for PT slabs and broader structural packages

📑 Lead tenders end‑to‑end – clarifications, inclusions/exclusions, VE options

🤝 Liaise with builders, engineers and internal teams to close info gaps

🧭 Help shape bid strategy, margin and risk on each opportunity

This is not a “back‑room numbers only” role – you’ll be front and centre in how the business wins work and how the estimating function is built.

🧠 About you

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have strong estimating experience in concrete / structural / PT packages

Are comfortable working from structural drawings and doing your own take‑offs

Bring a civil / structural engineering background (or similar technical base)

Enjoy collaborating with founders, engineers and site teams to get the bid right

Want a role where your input genuinely influences project selection and profit

Post‑tension experience is ideal, but we’re open to strong structural estimators keen to deepen their PT exposure.
