Your Opportunity

As an Employment Consultant in the Workforce Australia program, you’ll play a hands-on role in guiding participants through every stage of their employment journey. You’ll be the bridge between potential and possibility - helping individuals overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and secure meaningful, long term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships, understand individual goals, and provide tailored coaching to help participants overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment.
• Deliver practical support with resumes, applications, and interviews to strengthen confidence and employability.
• Proactively engage employers, reverse market participants, and identify suitable job opportunities.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing consistent, personalised support throughout the employment journey.
• Maintain accurate records and manage complex administration, ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring

A background in employment services, training, or recruitment is desirable, but not essential. We’re looking for someone who brings the right mindset and strengths across the following areas:

• Demonstrated capability in case management, including assessing needs, setting goals, and supporting progress toward employment outcomes.
• Proven ability to build relationships with employers and stakeholders, identify opportunities, and support job placements.
• Results-driven and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment.
• Highly proficient across digital platforms, with the ability to manage and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
