Managing service contracts within the Service Department, including all commercial and billing matters related to Existing Installation.
Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio.
Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points.
Gather and analyse customer feedback, needs, and requirements
Propose solutions and sales presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head-on.
Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals
Participate in open tenders and prepare all necessary documentation for submission.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in any relevant discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in account/ sales management
Exposure working in MNCs
Farmer role
