$65K - $70K + Super + Monthly bonus performance-based

We are looking for switched-on and motivated Collections Officers. Due to continued growth, they have additional requirements for highly motivated Collections Officers to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Collections on accounts in arrears - consumer and some commercial (Purchased Debt and Contingent)

High volume inbound and outbound calls

Skip tracing

Payment arrangement & investigation to find out why the accounts are in arrears

Investigating accounts to gain an understanding of the customer's situation.

To be successful:

Collections /skip tracing experience (will also consider candidates with strong banking/finance customer service, insurance and/or hospitality background)

Exceptional verbal and written communication

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Positive mindset and a can-do attitude

Persistence and resilience for challenging conversations

Excellent PC skills

Salary $65K -$70K + Super on experience. The successful candidates will receive monthly performance bonuses (uncapped) on top of the base salary. Hybrid set-up on offer post-probation - 6 months. 4 days office/ 1 day WFH.
