ELM is a leading commercial landscape maintenance company delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across Perth. We work with local governments, residential developers, commercial properties and premium estates, and we're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a small crew, ensuring our sites are maintained to the highest standard while delivering safe, efficient and professional service to our clients.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your crew while working alongside them on site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a small landscape maintenance crew
Mowing, brushcutting, edging and blowing
Garden maintenance including pruning, weeding and mulching
Weed and pest control
Irrigation inspections and minor repairs
Maintaining parks, streetscapes and commercial landscapes
Conducting daily pre-starts and equipment checks
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Liaising professionally with supervisors and clients
Completing basic paperwork using mobile devices
About You
You'll have:
Previous experience in commercial landscape maintenance
Experience leading or supervising a maintenance crew
Strong knowledge of horticultural practices
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A positive attitude with strong leadership skills
White Card
Current manual driver's licence (essential)
Spray Licence (highly regarded)
MR licence and machinery experience (desirable)
Certificate III in Horticulture (desirable but not essential)
