The Role

• Support the delivery of high-quality educational programs and daily routines
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contribute to observations, documentation, and learning frameworks
• Work collaboratively with educators and leadership to enhance service quality

Role Requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Sound understanding of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early learning
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
