About the role
This is a warehouse support role involving material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. You will perform stock checks, material handling, picking, packing, and put-away activities. You will operate handheld/RF scanners and PDA devices to record and track inventory movements, maintain accurate warehouse records, and follow established work instructions and quality procedures. You will work on shifts as required.
Key responsibilities
Support warehouse activities including material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
Perform stock checks and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy
Perform material handling, picking, packing, put-away and other warehouse activities as required
Operate handheld/RF scanners and PDA devices to record and track inventory movements
Ensure proper handling and care of company-provided equipment and warehouse tools
Maintain accurate warehouse records and follow established work instructions and quality procedures
Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area
Follow workplace health, safety and quality requirements
About you
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or a related environment
Experience working within a quality management system or structured warehouse environment
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Basic computer skills
Able to operate RF scanners, handheld scanners and/or PDA devices
Basic understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records
Able to perform work involving prolonged standing and manual handling/lifting of products or materials
Able to handle and move items of up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg), where required, in accordance with workplace safety requirements
- Location: Tampines (Near IKEA)
- Working Hours: 8am - 8pm (Day Shift) / 8pm - 8am (Night Shift)
- Fixed Sunday Rest Day

- Premium Allowance: SGD 15/per day
