Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the agency’s rental portfolio by:
• Proactively generating and converting new landlord enquiries from various channels
• Delivering polished rental appraisals and confident listing presentations
• Managing the onboarding and transition of new managements
• Utilizing CRM systems and lead-generation tools to track and nurture prospects
• Collaborating closely with the property management and sales teams to maximize results
• Achieving monthly growth, conversion, and revenue targets
