Are you an experienced travel professional who loves the detail behind creating seamless travel experiences?
This is an opportunity to join a growing travel business in a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing bookings and building strong relationships with clients.
You'll be working across a diverse range of travel requirements, from individual bookings through to more complex group and international itineraries.
What you'll be doing
This is a varied role that combines travel coordination, customer service, relationship management and sales support.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements
- Managing flights, accommodation, insurance, transfers and other travel requirements
- Handling bookings and changes while ensuring every detail is carefully managed
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of personalised service
- Managing multiple bookings and priorities at the same time
- Working with suppliers and travel partners to coordinate seamless arrangements
- Supporting clients before, during and after their travel
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth
- Assisting with travel programmes and occasional domestic or international travel
- Working closely with a supportive team to ensure every trip runs smoothly
About You
You'll be an experienced travel professional who is organised, personable and confident managing the details behind complex travel arrangements.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- 2+ years' experience using Sabre GDS
- Previous experience within the travel industry
- Strong international travel knowledge
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines without losing attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first approach with a natural commercial mindset
- Confidence dealing with clients, suppliers and travel partners
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a close-knit team
Previous experience with group travel, international programmes or working with diverse customer groups would be advantageous but is not essential.
