What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers, delivering a professional and exceptional customer experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and supporting project timelines.
Assisting with the preparation and administration of project quotations.
Supporting fleet management activities, including servicing, registrations, and compliance tracking.
Assisting with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) documentation and compliance processes.
Utilising SiteDocs software (experience highly regarded but not required, as training can be provided).
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration and/or operations role
Proven experience in the building and/or construction industry is essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A confident and professional communicator who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Awareness and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) principles is advantageous.
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
