Campus Manager | Regional Victoria - Permanent Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Campus Manager or NUM to join a well-established rural health service in regional Victoria.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader looking to step into a broader operational leadership position within a supportive rural health environment. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Clinical Services, the Campus Manager will provide operational leadership of the campus, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care across Acute, Urgent and Aged care services.

The role will also oversee:

• Patient flow and bed utilisation
• Access and service management
• Workforce performance and operational delivery
• Multidisciplinary team leadership
• Quality improvement and continuous service development
• Accreditation standards and quality framework

About You

• Strong nursing leadership and people management experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and quality frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement
• Experience managing budgets, resources and financial performance
• The ability to build effective relationships with staff and key stakeholders
• Acute/Urgent care experience (preferred)
• Full AHPRA Registration

• Salary up to $150,000 + super + salary packaging
