About the role
This position will see you acting as a key support across administration, client services, and office coordination. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure workflows are managed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders and client service teams
Coordinate client documentation, correspondence, and file management
Assist with ATO-related administration, lodgements, and compliance tasks
Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, official correspondence, and meeting documentation
Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure office facilities are maintained to a professional standard
Support general office administration including scanning, filing, mail handling, reception support, and ad hoc tasks
Maintain accurate client records and monitor workflow deadlines
Work collaboratively with internal and offshore support teams to ensure efficient service delivery
About you
Previous experience within administration, client services, or professional services
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A professional and client-focused approach
Confidence using Microsoft Office and client management systems
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-focused mindset
