Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is currently recruiting experienced Pick Packers and High Reach Forklift Drivers for ongoing casual positions with busy warehouse operations in Pemulwuy and Eastern Creek.

Pay Rates

Pick Packers

Day Shift: $34.65 per hour

Afternoon Shift: $38.12 per hour

High Reach Forklift Drivers

Day Shift: $35.96 per hour

Afternoon Shift: $38.81 per hour

Available Roles

Pick Packers

Duties include:

Picking and packing customer orders

RF scanning

Pallet jack operation

Dispatch and general warehouse duties

Manual handling (up to 20kg)

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Working towards daily productivity targets

High Reach Forklift Drivers

Duties include:

High Reach forklift operation

Putaways and replenishments

Loading and unloading stock

RF scanning

Picking and packing when required

General warehouse duties

Working safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Skills & Experience

Pick Packers

We're looking for candidates who have:

Previous warehouse or pick packing experience

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

RF scanning experience (highly regarded)

Good physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kg

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable transport

High Reach Forklift Drivers

To be considered you must have:

A current LF Forklift Licence

A minimum of 6 months' recent High Reach forklift experience

Confidence operating High Reach forklifts in busy warehouse environments

Reliable transport

Excellent reliability and attendance
