We are looking for a Community Engagement specialist to support internal engagement activities, events and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating programmes and keeping information organised and accessible.
Government Exposure
Up to $6,500 per month + Medical Coverage
Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (Hybrid)
12 months contract - Extendable
Key Responsibilities
- Develop initiatives that encourage interaction, collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Serve as the main contact for community activities and enquiries.
- Gather feedback through surveys, check-ins and conversations to understand the community’s needs.
- Plan and coordinate engagement activities, learning sessions, networking events and management forums.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure programmes and events run smoothly.
- Review feedback and recommend improvements for future activities.
- Maintain and organise the community knowledge base on SharePoint.
- Review and refine AI-generated summaries, meeting minutes and other content before publication.
- Identify content gaps and improve how information is organised and accessed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in community engagement, internal communications or stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Singaporean only
