KBA Insurance Repairs is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance building and claims management who understands the importance of delivering exceptional client outcomes while maintaining strong internal relationships. This is not a customer service role, but a Client Relationship building role dealing with escalations, reporting and face to face/teams chats
Working closely with our Client Relationship Manager and operational teams, you will be the key link between our insurer partners and the business, ensuring service delivery, KPI performance, and client satisfaction remain at the highest level.
About the Role
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key insurer relationships, resolving escalations, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement across client accounts.
This is a role for someone who is proactive, accountable, and trusted to take ownership of their portfolio while working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurance clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for allocated client accounts.
Manage and resolve client escalations and complaints.
Work closely with operational teams to achieve contractual KPIs and service standards.
Analyse client performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Attend client meetings, performance reviews, and industry events.
Support initiatives to reduce claim ageing and improve customer outcomes.
Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and grow business opportunities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience within the insurance building, restoration, or property claims industry.
A strong understanding of insurer expectations, service level agreements, and claims processes.
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to influence outcomes and navigate challenging conversations professionally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
A self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously and be trusted to deliver outcomes.
