ESE Consulting is partnering with a well-established boutique business advisory firm to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper. Supporting a diverse portfolio of local businesses, this role offers plenty of variety, exposure to different industries, and excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients

Process end-to-end payroll and superannuation

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Complete bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records

Process client payments and transactions

Prepare STP reporting and end-of-year payroll processes

Assist clients with bookkeeping and administrative queries

Set up and maintain files in Xero, MYOB and other accounting systems

Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service

About You

Previous bookkeeping experience

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A professional, proactive and team-focused approach

Experience with Xero, MYOB and/or QuickBooks is highly regarded
