Our client is a leading inbound tour operator and currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join and lead their dynamic team.

They have a strong reputation in the industry and the stability of being in business for over 35 years.

You'll enjoy being part of a fun and professional team while managing their Sydney based Tour Operations Team

About the role

Manage, mentor and train the operations team including FIT and groups consultants

Grow and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships

Provide high-level support in the event of significant issues

Work closely with senior leadership in the growth and financial success of the company

Liaise and build strong relationships with internal product, sales and finance teams

The Must Haves

Previous travel industry experience, preferably with an inbound tour operator or in the wholesale travel sector

Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure

Strong people management experience

Happy to be office based 5 days/week
