About the role
Care I Wish is seeking a driven and people-focused Business Development Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis in Adelaide South Australia. This role is all about growing our participant base, building powerful stakeholder relationships, and driving the end-to-end sales pipeline within the NDIS space.
Key responsibilities
Lead person-centred Discovery Sessions to convert new enquiries into participants, creating detailed profiles to facilitate the matching and onboarding process
Drive new business by collaborating with the Managing Director and operations team to match participants with suitable properties and co-residents
Build and maintain strong relationships with allied health teams, support coordinators, and other NDIS stakeholders to generate referrals and grow the business
Own the end-to-end participant onboarding pipeline, including drafting Service and Tenancy Agreements and coordinating pre-commencement training
Manage all documentation, risk assessments, and CRM data entry to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to active participant
Facilitate Care Team Meetings and collaborate with HR and rostering to build tailored support teams that bring each new client's plan to life
Support new residential site setups and assist with property inspections to close the loop on participant placements
About you
Minimum of 1 years' experience working within the NDIS framework
Minimum of 1 years' experience in business development, lead generation, and participant onboarding
Sound knowledge of SIL and SDA funding, eligibility criteria, and tenancy arrangements
Thorough understanding of NDIS Legislation, Guidelines, and Pricing Arrangements
Familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support, Restrictive Practices, and Rosters of Care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders confidently
Keen attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or Allied Health are highly desirable
