This means you'll avoid the noise of low-quality management portfolios and focus on high-impact, multi-tenanted or large format retail where your expertise will actually move the dial.

What we're looking for

A genuine retail leasing specialist: Minimum 5-7 years experience specialising in retail leasing with a proven track record negotiating retail leasing transactions across shopping centres, large format retail or service centres.

Commercially autonomous: You can independently negotiate sophisticated leasing transactions from enquiry through to execution, prepare and negotiate Heads of Agreement, work seamlessly with lawyers, and manage the entire leasing process with minimal direction.

Technical expertise: You possess a deep understanding of retail leases, Heads of Agreement, the Retail Leases Act, lease documentation and the commercial considerations that underpin successful leasing outcomes.

Relationship capital: You have established relationships with national, regional and local retailers and understand that strong tenant relationships are built over years, not transactions. You bring an existing network and continue to expand it.

Commercial instinct: You understand what creates value for landlords, can identify leasing opportunities before others do, negotiate outcomes that enhance asset performance and add genuine commercial value to the Greyfield platform.
