The Opportunity:
Realistic year 1 OTE of $150k with established consultants earning $200k plus!
This is an opportunity for an established Business Development Manager or Sales Representative to step into the fast-paced world of white-collar construction recruitment. You'll leverage your relationships in the Sydney market to forge new partnerships with Gough, as well as leaning into our strong existing networks. Working alongside an experienced Director, you'll provide solutions to clients and support candidates in their career journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Alongside the team, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business development to continually grow your client base within the construction sector
- Source high-quality talent
- Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
- Collaborate with interstate counterparts on national preferred supplier agreements and cross-selling of services
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Achieve and exceed targets through our commission and bonus structures
The Criteria:
- Construction or Recruitment industry experience, particularly in a business development/sales capacity
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proven results mindset
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident negotiator and problem solver
- Positive attitude and the ability to have a laugh!
