Who We Are:
Mining Maintenance and Fabrication Services is a WA owned and operated business offering our clients a full range of mining solutions, equipment maintenance, repairs and local, FIFO Labour Hire.

All Rounder Operators will be responsible for mine rehabilitation works,restoring pits and surrounding areas to a natural state. Duties include operating a range of machinery, conducting pre-start checks, basic maintenance, and adhering to site safety and environmental standards.

What’s on Offer:

• $65.00 per hour flat rate + weekly pay
• 2:1 roster (FIFO ex Perth - Day shift only)
• Mobilisation Dates: Immediately
• Temp to Perm role (ongoing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on a BHP site
• Operate a range of machinery and equipment for mine rehabilitation.
• Assist in restoring pits and surrounding areas to a natural state.
• Experience in Steep Terrain and competent using GPS and working to design files cut/pushing at min 274m3/hr and final trimming waste dumps, pits from 37 deg to 12-18 degree final profiles including concave slope design and Loader operations
• GPS Dozing to +/- 100mm tolerance (Topcon)
• 3-5 years' experience in mine operations, and civil construction operating different kits.
• Must have experience operating D10, D9, Ex 70t, EX 50t, WC (6 Wheeler), Tipper trucks, Moxy and Grader.
• Conduct daily plant pre-start checks and perform plant preventative maintenance tasks
• Ensure the plant is maintained, clean and safe
• Attending and actively participating in all Safety Meetings
• Record and compile all paperwork and documents
• Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines diligently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

What You’ll Need:

• Current HR Licence (mandatory)
• 4WD Certificate (mandatory)
• National Police Clearance - Obtained in the past 3 months
• Required Machine Operating tickets - Dozer, Excavator, Grader Loader, Watercart
• Construction White or Blue Card
• BHP Inductions - highly regarded however not essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to varying conditions.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
