Tecside is currently recruiting experienced Excavator and All-Round Operators for various small, high-performing gold mine sites across the Goldfields. These are ongoing FIFO roles on a 2:1 roster with excellent pay, paid travel, and strong potential for permanent employment.

💰 Pay Rates

• Excavator Operators - $70-$71/hr
• All-Round Operators - $60-$65/hr
  12-13 hour days on site

🔄 Roster & Details

• FIFO from Perth
  * 2:1 Roster - 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off
  * Small, close-knit team with excellent site culture and camp facilities
  * Long-term opportunity with temp-to-perm potential

🛠️ Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years' gold production mining experience
  * Excavator Operators: Experience on Komatsu PC1250 and Hitachi 1200 excavators
  * All-Rounders: Proficient across multiple machines including Excavators, Dozers (D10), Loaders (CAT Wheel Loader), and Dump Trucks (CAT 777/Komatsu 785)
  * Proven ability to meet production targets safely and efficiently

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Current National Police Clearance (issued within 12 months)
  * Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + LABDAS
  * Demonstrated experience in a production mining environment
