About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, managing office documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform document scanning, filing, and data entry tasks
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails efficiently
• Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, and scanners
• Handle basic computer tasks such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Assist with printing, binding, and document preparation as required
• Support the team with general administrative and ad hoc tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Provide assistance to other departments when needed

Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum 6 months of administrative experience required
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Australian work rights are required for this position
