About the role:

This is a hands-on role, based at our head office in Bibra Lake.

Suitable for someone looking for the next step into a supervisory role and complementing our team as a Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead the WA Premix maintenance team. Activities that the successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Allocating manpower for breakdowns & planned works.

Daily plant inspections to identify areas of improvement & safe practices.

Supervision of maintenance staff ensuring quality repairs are completed on time.

Reviewing, processing & following up on Parts requisitions to ensure proactive repairs.

Maintaining critical stock levels, working with procurement team to ensure stock on hand.

About you:

Proven experience working with conveyors, silos & pumps, preferably batch plants but not essential.

You have a great attitude, a solid work ethic, Proactive approach and are seeking long term career prospects.

You are seeking opportunities to exercise your previously gained skills as a dedicated and capable fixed plant fitter.

You want to build your own team, take charge of your business unit and be responsible for your and your teams’ success

You are seeking to expand your skill set and tackle new challenges as part of a rapidly evolving business.

You reside in Australia with permanent residency.

You are looking to share knowledge and take part in the training of the next generation of mechanics.

You have experience with a wide range of Road Transport Equipment.

You have an Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Diesel Trade Certificate.)

You have a current Drivers Licence (Ideally HR.)

You have a firm understanding & Commitment to Safe Working Practices and are keen to work alongside a safety dedicated team.
