About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their goals and live meaningful lives. This role involves working in a demanding, high-BOC environment, requiring resilience, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills.

You’ll be part of a passionate, supportive team committed to safety, respect, and quality in every aspect of care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation

Supporting clients with community access, social activities, and daily routines

Assisting clients to build confidence and independence

Accurately documenting progress notes and incident reports

Working collaboratively with care teams and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Disability Support Worker in Australia

Proven experience in complex care settings (e.g., BOC or similar)

Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check

Medication Administration and Manual Handling Certificates (minimum 12 months consistent use)

Full COVID-19 (including booster) and Flu vaccination

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Highly Regarded Experience

Applicants with backgrounds in BOC, correctional, or high-intensity support environments will be highly regarded.
