We are currently seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred approach to people with disability in their daily activities.

Assist with personal care, community access, and skill development.

Support clients in programs such as cooking, swimming, music therapy, and travel training.

Ensure client safety, dignity, and independence at all times.

Maintain accurate progress notes and follow care plans.

Requirements:

Previous experience in disability support or community services (preferred).

Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (desirable).

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card.

Current First Aid & CPR certification.

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
