About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique New Graduate Physiotherapy position designed to accelerate your clinical growth and build confidence across multiple practice settings.
You will work within our structured Graduate Program, gaining hands-on experience in:
Private Practice Physiotherapy – musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and gym-based programs.
Community Aged Care – mobility, falls prevention, and strength maintenance.
Community Neurological Rehabilitation – supporting clients with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s, and acquired brain injury.
This rotation model provides the perfect balance between clinical variety, structured supervision, and mentoring from senior clinicians.
What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs and goals.
Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records.
Participate in regular mentoring, case reviews, and in-service training sessions.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
Current AHPRA registration (or pending registration).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community visits.
