Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial

As a Registered Nurse, you will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.

What makes a difference for us?

Minimum of 12 months’ experience in General Surgery, Urology or Gynaecology in an Acute Surgical Ward

Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration

Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements

Desire for ongoing professional development

Flexibility to work fortnightly rotating roster

Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills

Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously and within your scope of practice

Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
