Troocoo are seeking proactive Project Support Officers (AO3) to provide high-level administrative and project support for our Queensland State Government client.

In this role, you’ll use a range of systems and software to manage
documentation, coordinate workflows, and ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of projects. .

• $49.40 - $54.81 per hour + super (agency contractor role)
• Full-time hours (38 p/week)
• Buderim location - commencing ASAP to December 2028

Key responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and controlled access to sensitive project documentation.
• Coordinate approvals, submissions, and revisions to support efficient project delivery.
• Provide high-level administrative support — coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports and correspondence.
• Maintain stakeholder registers, spreadsheets, and other key project records.
• Administer and support EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, DMS, or InEight.

About you:

• Previous experience within Government is highly regarded
• Experience within project/program support or executive support is essential
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written communication
