As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a small team responsible for maintaining the village’s buildings and facilities to a high standard. Your work helps ensure our residents can enjoy peace of mind in a well-maintained environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the day-to-day work of the maintenance team
• Manage preventative and reactive maintenance for village buildings and facilities
• Coordinate contractor access and oversee quality of completed works
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and reporting protocols
• Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and care
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in safe working order
• Use digital systems to log, schedule, and track work requests

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years’ experience in building or facility maintenance
• Experience leading or supervising a small team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A customer-first mindset and great communication skills
• Confidence using basic digital tools (email, calendars, job tracking systems)
• Sound understanding of WHS practices

Even Better If You Have

• Trade qualifications or relevant technical certifications
• Experience working in residential, healthcare, or retirement living environments
• A valid driver’s licence
