We’re looking for two reliable Maintenance Handypeople to join a well-established Company servicing commercial sites in Sydney’s CBD and Barangaroo.

Known for their quality workmanship and professional service, they supports a diverse mix of clients across commercial properties. You’ll be part of a team that values hard work, takes pride in what they do, and keeps things friendly and down to earth.

The Role
You’ll handle general maintenance and repair work across commercial buildings, including:

Changing locks, repairing doors and windows, and performing basic carpentry tasks

Painting, patching, and minor plastering

Maintaining tidy, safe common areas

Reporting larger repair needs to management

Experience in using power tools

Working closely with clients, trades, and colleagues to ensure high standards are met

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in maintenance or similar hands-on work

Valid White Card and Australian Working rights

Good communication skills and a professional, reliable approach

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Both positions are full-time, Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with occasional overtime available. Pay ranges from $37 to $42 per hour plus super, depending on experience. You’ll be part of a supportive team with a strong reputation for quality and consistency, approachable management, and a down-to-earth culture that values good work and good people.
