About the role:

Evolve Healthcare Agency are one of the main agency providers to SA Health. We have multiple contracts throughout South Australia ranging from 2 to 12 weeks. We are looking for carers based in SA who have atleast 12 months experience working in aged care.

About you:

• Be based in South Australia
• Have a car (sometimes accommodation is a short drive from the facility)
• At least 12 months experience in an aged care Setting
• Be able to work AM, PM and Night Shifts
• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions on practice
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Two referees from managers
• Satisfactory National Police Check valid within 12 months
• Cert III or above in Aged Care
