At Feros Care, we're passionate about shaking things up and delivering bold, innovative solutions that improve the lives of older Australians. We're now looking for a Product Owner to join our dynamic team on a 6-month fixed term contract, helping drive meaningful digital transformation in aged care.

As Product Owner, you'll be instrumental in delivering innovative, client-focused technology that aligns with ongoing aged care reforms and regulatory requirements. You'll guide agile scrum teams to develop meaningful solutions that drive real impact. From shaping product backlogs to working closely with developers, stakeholders, and end users, you'll help design and deliver tools that respond to practical, real-world needs. This is a role where innovation, purpose, and collaboration come together.

What You'll Do:

• Define and prioritise product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Collaborate across business and technical teams to design user-focused digital solutions.
• Lead sprint planning and release goals.
• Research market and user needs to maximise product value.
• Champion agile practices and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in large-scale digital environments.
• Experience with Client Management Systems, Finance Systems, Client facing mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or related discipline.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in aged care or community services.
• Familiarity with customer-led design and design thinking.
• Basic SQL experience.
• Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to influence without authority across business units.
